Jack Venturi has been practicing in criminal defense for 35 years. He is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the criminal justice system and protecting freedoms and justice for his clients. Jack Venturi has been featured as one of the Ten Leaders of Criminal Defense Law in Northern New Jersey and was featured in Super Lawyers as well as articles published by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Champion Magazine.

Our Managing Attorney Jef Henninger has focused his attention on defending white collar crimes and computer crimes including fraud, identity theft, hacking, and other cyber crime cases. He has authored numerous articles on computer crimes cases and has lectured on topics such as computer safety and security, internet fraud, and computer forensics. In addition to his criminal practice, he leads the firm's family law and divorce practice.

Jennifer marshall focuses her practice on family law and divorce, municipal court, drug crimes and juvenile crimes. In addition, she assists the other attorneys in the firm and is often the second chair in major criminal defense cases.
